Getting a copy of your data or deleting it

What we keep

• Your email, your language and the country of your purchase.
• The date you accepted the Terms and confirmed you're 18 or older.
• Your guide numbers: the 2027 Personal Year and the Life Path.
• Your purchases and refunds.
• Your compatibility links, with the short name you chose.
• If you used them: your answer about how you heard about Astrilu, the waitlist and your messages to support.

Getting a copy

Write to suporte@astrilu.com from your account email and ask for a copy. We send you a file with your account, guide numbers, purchases and links.

Deleting your account

Write to suporte@astrilu.com from your account email and ask us to delete it. We delete everything that's yours, except what the law requires us to keep:

• purchase and refund records, for as long as tax law requires, without your email address;
• the site access log (network address, date and time), for 6 months, as Brazilian law requires. It isn't linked to your account.

Timing

We reply within 15 days. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

Things you can do yourself

• Stop or restart the monthly email: “Stop the monthly email”, at the bottom of the email, or the “Get the monthly email” box in your account.
• Leave the waitlist: uncheck the box in your account.
• Delete your numbers from a link you received: “Delete my numbers”, on the link itself.
• Delete a link you created: “Delete this link”, on the compatibility page.
