Who we are

Astrilu is an online numerology service run by the Astrilu brand, from Brazil. You can reach us at suporte@astrilu.com.

These Terms apply to the Astrilu website and account and always stay on this page, so you can save or print them. By signing in or buying, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What Astrilu is

For entertainment purposes only.

Astrilu applies the arithmetic of Pythagorean numerology to a birth date and uses the numbers as themes for reflection and self-knowledge. Each text offers invitations and ways of looking at the year, never descriptions of events: Astrilu does not tell fortunes, does not predict what will happen, promises no outcome and does not claim any special or occult power.

Our texts are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Use them as a starting point for your own thinking; no important decision should depend on them.

How our texts are made

Our texts were written in advance from fixed rules: the same birth date always gives the same numbers and the same texts, and nothing is written for you on the spot. Astrilu follows Pythagorean numerology and counts the Personal Year by the calendar year, January to December; some schools count it differently.

Astrilu's texts were written with the help of artificial intelligence, based on fixed numerology rules.

Age

Astrilu is for adults 18 and over. The birth date is checked in the calculator, at purchase and on the compatibility link: if it belongs to someone under 18, the screen says so, and the date and the numbers are not saved.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it, delete its data and refund what was paid.

What is free and what is paid

Free, with no sign-up: your 2027 number with the math shown, your Life Path, your whole January and the "My 2027 is a year N" card to share.

Paid, as one-time purchases: the month-by-month 2027 guide, with all 12 months, the PDF, the printable calendar and the monthly email, for $11.99; and the 2027 compatibility by link, for $4.99, with the guide or later.

The price on the payment screen is the total you pay, in US dollars, with no extra fees from us. Before you pay, the screen shows a summary of what you get, the total and the time you have to cancel.

This is a one-time charge, not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing is charged later, and we do not keep your card for future charges. Because Astrilu is run from Brazil, your bank may charge its own foreign transaction fee; that fee is not ours.

Your account

Your account uses only your email. To sign in, we send a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes and only once. There is no password: anyone with access to your email can sign in to your account, so keep it safe.

To protect accounts, we limit code requests and wrong attempts; after many attempts, sign-in for that email may pause for up to 24 hours. A session lasts up to 90 days on each device, or until you tap "Sign out".

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe. You type your card details into Stripe’s secure form, and your card number never reaches our server. If a payment is declined, nothing is charged. The charge appears on your card statement as ASTRILU.

If the same payment goes through twice, the second one is refunded automatically.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate once your payment is approved: the guide stays in your account and is emailed to you as a PDF, and the printable calendar is in your account. We also email you a receipt.

On the 1st of every month, from January to December 2027, we email you the new month. That email is part of your purchase, and you can stop it in 1 click from the email itself; the guide stays in your account for as long as the account exists.

Cancellation and refund

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase and get a full refund, no reason needed. The window starts when your payment is approved and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 14th day after approval.

To cancel, tap "Cancel my purchase" in your account or in the delivery email, or write to suporte@astrilu.com. If you made more than one purchase, the button cancels the most recent one still within its window.

We request the refund right away, to the card you paid with; most banks show the credit within 5 to 10 business days. Your access to the guide ends when the purchase is canceled, and we confirm by email.

Compatibility by link

If you have the 2027 guide, you can create up to 20 compatibility links, each with the short name you want to show (up to 24 characters), and send them to other people.

The person who receives a link enters their own birth date and, if they want, a short name to show to you. Nobody enters anyone else’s date or name. You both see each other’s year number, the strong point and the point to watch; with the compatibility purchase, also your pair of Life Paths and the full text. There is no 0 to 100 score.

Send the link only to people who want to take part and are 18 or older. The person who receives it can delete their numbers anytime from the link, and you can delete a link anytime. Do not use the link name to insult anyone or to pretend to be someone else.

Weekly reading

The weekly reading does not exist yet and has no start date. In your account, you can join the waitlist for free. When it opens, we send a single email, and you only start receiving it if you confirm. You can leave the list anytime in 1 click. Joining the list is not a purchase.

Use of content

Our texts, the guide, the calendar and the Astrilu brand are protected by copyright and are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, or publish the guide texts without permission. The "My 2027 is a year N" card is made to be shared.

Reporting content

The only content people write on Astrilu is the short name on compatibility links. If you find something there that you believe is illegal, write to suporte@astrilu.com with the link, why you believe it is illegal and who you are. We confirm receipt, review it and reply with our decision and the reason. If we remove it, we also tell the person who wrote it, and either of you can ask us by email to review the decision.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the site online, but it may be down for maintenance or failures. If a failure on our side keeps you from using what you bought, you can ask for a refund even after the 14 days.

If these Terms change, the new version will be on this page with its date at the top. We email you before an important change applies, and what you already bought keeps the conditions of your purchase.

Governing law and support

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in the United States, the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived still apply to you.
